We took on Riggs 2 months ago. He is a large very strong mixed breed and had only lived in a town. The first time we took him across the fields around our house he spotted some sheep and it was “game on”. We had real trouble holding him and moving through the field and it was a real problem. We contacted Ed from Biscuits Dog Training and have been working together to acclimatise Riggs to the sheep. We are now in the position where we can walk through the sheep and around their field with Riggs taking very little notice. Ed has done a fantastic job and we no longer have to avoid sheep fields. Ed has given us all the tools to continue the good work. It’s such a relief and I can’t recommend him enough. 

Ed is a really lovely chap that is very knowledgeable with dogs and their behaviours. We were struggling to walk our 2 year old French bulldog, because of his constant barking at other dogs ,and his constant pulling on his lead .We had a few sessions with Ed , it’s made a huge difference to our dog walks . We can’t thank you enough. Ed is very professional  guy and does a great service. Definitely would recommend him to anyone. 

We contacted Ed a few months ago because we had a strong and excitable 6 month old Labrador, we had no knowledge or experience of dealing with these problems. Ed was very knowledgeable with his expertise  and soon had us knowing how to deal with these issues. We had a session today and we all agreed that he has come on so well that we can go it alone for now. I would highly recommend Ed and Biscuits Dog Training.

2 months ago I came to Ed because my sprollie was unbearable when it came to walks, I honestly dreaded the idea of taking her anywhere on a lead as well as being very reactivate to any slight noise and constantly jumping up people, we had no recall and very basic commands. Now after just 2 months of working with Ed my sprollie walks in a lead PERFECTLY! She is no longer reacting to every little noise, she has complete recall and no longer jumps all over people. 

I honestly had given up hope and thought this day would never come and after just 2 short months I couldn't be any happier or more proud of my sprollie and that is all thanks to Ed. Without him we wouldn't have the perfectly well trained well behaved dog. I put all my faith and trust in Ed and he worked miracles. Now I get just as excited as my dog for walks (if that's ever possible).

There aren't enough words to describe just how thankful I am I found Ed. He was always so calm and very loving towards my dog and listened to all of my concerns and was able to reassure me. I want every dog owner to book with Ed I can not rate him enough!!

We met Ed with our rehomed German Shepherd Akako she was very excitable around other dogs and vocal about it, she was also very timid around people. Ed was so good with her and us and very quickly was able to help Akako become more settled when meeting other dogs and improved her doggie etiquette. Ed was wonderful with Akako and has also helped her feel more confident when meeting new people. He has a wonderful manner with dogs and more importantly people. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has any worries or questions about their dog(s) behaviours. Definitely worth his 5 star rating. 

We couldn't recommend Ed highly enough. We have a lovely little dog but classically as a small breed he had an issue with other dogs. He would bark attracting their attention and then get into a state when they inevitably came over.
Ed has taught us quick techniques that are easy to implement and to stick to but have made a huge difference.  Walks are much more enjoyable for all of us. We have been so impressed with Ed that we are now working with him on some issues around people in the house, people ringing the doorbell and techniques to avoid barking when talking.
If you are unsure whether it would be right for you I would say without hesitation contact and try Ed. A lovely, caring person who clearly is passionate about dogs and their owners and he is talented at what he does. Additionally, he has a wonderful local business and deserves to do well. Credit where it is due and a big thanks from us.

We contacted Ed 3 weeks after adopting our Spanish rescue dog and over the past 6 months he’s helped us hugely from basic training, to separation anxiety & reactivity to other dogs.

Ed is calm & his passion for working with & helping dogs is clear. Although strict, all his training is positive & reward based, no harsh discipline & he involved our whole family in the sessions to ensure we all understood & could practice what we learnt.

Well what can I say…I used to dread walks with my very shouty dog hating, bike and scooter hating cockapoo! 

However, after just a few sessions with Ed I now have a completely different dog. Walks are now enjoyable for both of us and she’s making lots of new friends in the park.

Ed is amazing.  He has changed my dog completely around. We had problems with  stealing. Not listening. No recall. Over playing with our other dogs And not pickin up on clues to back off. Running up to dogs and not responding. Scared of visitor's  with cowering and growling .
Now she is 100% better. Still a little  way to go. Which is  something that needs to be kept up everyday. I.E encouragement when doing the right thing and  keep  rewarding the behaviour we want. I can't believe how she has changed in 8 weeks.  Ed is lovely to. Calm and knows what he's doing. Highly recommended. 

Edwards advice was invaluable in modifying the excitable behaviour, on meeting visitors, of our year old Lurcher .He quickly identified the problem , demonstrated the technique needed to control her behaviour. His calm,confident manner empowered us and gave us confidence. We are so pleased with the marked improvement in her behaviour .Calmer dog happier owners ! 

Only 2 months ago I was thinking of giving up my beautiful cocker spaniel it was heartbreaking not even being able to take him for a walk without him jumping up and biting me  nothing seemed to work so I got Ed in to help and I now have a different dog, walks are enjoyable and his behaviour in the house is amazing.  I now know how to keep the training going and it hasn't been that complicated either.  Big thanks Ed from me and Woody. 

 Edward is amazingly friendly, easy to get on with putting Hollie (our 17 month old Vizsla) and me and my husband always at ease. He is polite, punctual and extremely knowledgeable and Hollie loved him.

Edward has been so amazing with helping us to train our 1 year old Cockapoo Phoebe.

She has gone from a shy timid puppy, whenever anybody came into the house, to a calm and happy dog.

He has also given us all the knowledge we need to carry the training on.

 Ed helped us with our 2 rescues and have made walks with them both a lot easier after teaching us some techniques to help them with some of their triggers. They’ve both come a long way with Ed’s help! He’s made us feel so comfortable on training and was lovely to speak with.
