About Me
Hello. My name is Edward and my dogs name is Biscuit the border collie. My passion for dogs and interacting with people has been apparent all my life and so I decided to make a career out of it. The way I am different from other trainers is that I neither focus solely on the dogs nor the owners.
My main goal in my training is to help you and your dog understand each other better and to make your relationship/bond grow stronger and healthier without having to rely on masses of cheap treats to try and get your dog to listen to you.
The way I do this is by putting the way your dog is feeling and behaving into human terms/analogies. Then showing you how to help/teach them in ways they will understand and you will both be comfortable with, using positive reinforcement techniques.
I know how difficult it can be to have a difficult dog, my childhood dog was dog reactive which made it difficult to be able to go anywhere. So when I was in a position to get my own dog I decided to get formal training in order to avoid being in that situation again and after the last course I signed on to the next. So, not only can I empathize with your situation but I'm also equipped to help you in the best way possible.
